Dr. Andrews’ passions in veterinary care include preventative medicine, nutrition, and internal medicine; she is inspired by amazing, committed pet parents who make the necessary lifestyle changes for their pets’ wellbeing. Dr. Andrews enjoys seeing her patients flourish under her care and supporting them through all stages of life.
Dr. Andrews received her Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical sciences in 2015 and her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2019 from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Texas Veterinary Medical Association. Her favorite part of working at CFAH, aside from her patients, is our amazing support staff and positive energy.
In undergrad, Dr. Andrews studied a semester in Costa Rica, learning Spanish in an immersive experience that helps serve our Spanish-speaking clients. Additionally, she is in the process of learning American Sign Language.
Fun Facts
Dr. Andrews and her husband, Eric, share their Katy home with Kayla, a Border Collie; Titan, a Chow-Rottweiler mix, and Bagheera, the most special of cats, as he has cerebellar hypoplasia. Away from CFAH, Dr. Andrews enjoys gaming (RPGs), a good happy hour, dancing, and relaxing in the great outdoors while camping or boating.
