Dr. Ethan Carter is a Houston native, and while working toward his veterinary degree, he had the opportunity to work all over the Houston area.
He is excited to continue serving pets and their owners in Cypress. Dr. Carter received his Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science in 2020 from Sam Houston State University. He then attended Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Science where he received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2025.
Dr. Carter enjoys building relationships with pet parents and working together to provide their pet the highest quality medicine. He is Fear Free certified and aims to help his patients feel comfortable and stress free at their veterinary visit. His special interests include feline medicine, internal medicine, nutrition, and emergency medicine.
Dr. Carter’s fiancé is also a veterinarian, and they went to undergraduate and veterinary school together. They have two pets: Milo, a silly boxer mix, and Olive, a spoiled one-eyed cat. In his free time, Dr. Carter enjoys working out, fishing, and cooking.
Dr. Carter and Dr. Anderson were classmates in veterinary school!
